The State Bank of Viet Nam announced on Jan. 31 several interest rates for Viet Nam Dong applied as of Feb. 1.
Accordingly, the basic interest rate is 8.25% p.a.
The re-capitalisation rate for credit institutions is 6.5% p.a., and their discount rate is 4.5% p.a.
