National carrier Viet Nam Airlines will be equitised by next year according to a Prime Minister's decision.
Viet Nam Airlines has a registered capital of 5.74 trillion VND (358.8mio US$) and runs 18 other units, three affiliates, nine joint-stock concerns, and four joint ventures.
