Indochina Capital Vietnam Holdings said on Friday it had raised $450 million by placing shares with institutional investors and will list on the London Stock Exchange.
The shares were priced at $10 each, the company said in a statement, adding that the firm will be the first Vietnam-focused investment company to list on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
The issue will raise another $50 million from an overallotment option, Indochina Capital said. Credit Suisse is the sole bookrunner for the placing.
