The VN-Index bounced back on March 2 despite the world's falling stock indexes.
The VN-Index, which measures the value of the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Centre, rose to 1,147.66 points, up 24.59 points or 2.19 percent, with the trading value of over 1.57 trillion VND.
Meanwhile, the HaSTC Index on the Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre fell 5.80 points, closing at 418.88 points, with 3.13 million shares changing hands at over 282.4 billion VND the same day.
