The State Treasury will issue 300 billion VND worth of Government bonds as part of its largest package estimated at 1.5 trillion VND, according to the Ha Noi Securities Centre (HSC).
The HSC said it will hold an auction for the circulation of the bonds on March 15 to meet the deadline of the issuance on March 19.
The bonds will also be listed on the HSC floor after March 19 and repaid on March 19, 2012 with an annual interest rate of 7.8%.
