Tung Kuang Industrial Co. (TKU), a small aluminium product maker backed by Taiwan investors, said on Tuesday it aimed to raise net profit by 15 percent this year to 25 billion dong ($1.55 million).
It said in a statement published by the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre, where it is listed, revenues this year would also rise by 15 percent from last year to 723.31 billion dong ($45 million) as it expanded production by 20 percent.
The company aimed to triple its dividend this year to 15 percent from 5 percent last year, the statement said.
Shares in Tung Kuang, which has invested about $35 million in two plants in southern Vietnam to make aluminium, aluminium windows and door frames using Australian ingots, fell 1.61 percent to 30,500 dong on Tuesday.
