Hanoi Sea Products Import Export Corp (Seaprodex Hanoi) has reported they will make an IPO November 10 on the Hanoi Securities Transaction Centre with over 2.8 million shares valued at over 28 billion VND at the initial price of 10,3000 VND in a move to reduce the state equity in the company and raise more chartered capital.
