Vietnam Television Channel launched a service providing television feed on mobile phones on a trial basis in Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh province.
VTC Mobile expects 5 percent of them to sign up immediately. With around 17 million mobile subscribers in Vietnam that translates into 850,000 subscriptions.
